Concepts for Anthem

Time to beat this dead horse even deader! I've been working on the Anthem story for my storyboarding class, and made a good amount of changes. For those who've seen the original boards, you'll see that one of these changes is the character designs.

Some quick stage designs. Don't know which one yet, I'm leaning more toward the top middle and bottom three.

I put together a rough, soundless animatic of the whole story, and am also working on a colorscript. Hopefully will have this done in a coupla weeks!

i like the stage on the bottom left

it looks the least inviting, the most exposed. =)

So when you are done with this, you'll start on the animation depicting Tina Vaziri in her life of magic and wonder, right? RIGHT?

Abey >> Thank you so much! I love your paintings - very expressive! I'll be sure to check your stuff too!

Jake >> Whoot! Thanks a lot, I agree and ended up picking that one. It's funny how sometimes the changes in small details can make a huge difference in mood/feeling.

Chris >> Aw thanks so much! I'll keep on pushin', specially this summer!

Tina >> Dude you're so impatient. I was totally waiting to surprise you with a feature-length trilogy based on your mystical alter-ego "Larry" who lives with a llama and an etch-a-sketch on a mountain in Peru.

Alex >> Wow thanks so much! Your character designs rock! :D

Daaaan >> Aaaw shucks, thanks Dan! I'm really gonna work my butt off this summer and get better. Thanks so much for lending me the "Killing Joke!" Just got a Calvin n' Hobbes anthology, and a book of rejected NYer cartoons. Happy days!
